LevelUp Pickleball offers a FREE Shipping service on orders over 100 U.S. Dollars
Delivery times is shown within a couple days of the order placed. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Standard Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days: We attempt to ship all orders within 1 business day, but depending on volume, we sometimes ship orders in 2 business days.
LevelUp Pickleball does not ship abroad.
Return & Exchange Policy
We apologize but there is a no return policy for the products unless order sent was wrong or defective. We supply the very best products from the top best venders.
If product was defective upon delivery or play we can supply you the number or email of the vender for a possible return/exchange
Abuse: Paddles that show signs of abuse are not eligible for a return/exchange to our venders.
